Aged Care
We provide comprehensive Occupational Therapy services for older adults across a range of aged care programs, including the Transitional Aged Care Program, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Home Care Packages, and Short-Term Restorative Care.
Our goal is to support older adults to maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life in their own homes. We offer practical, personalised solutions through functional and home safety assessments, assistive technology recommendations, and tailored reablement programs.
Our team are also trained COPE (Care of People with Dementia in their Environments) therapists, providing specialised support for people living with dementia and their families. This evidence-based program focuses on building caregiver skills, improving daily function, and creating supportive home environments to enhance quality of life.
We are committed to delivering timely, clear, and outcome-focused services that help our clients live confidently and safely at home.
NDIS
We work closely with adult NDIS clients to achieve their goals through personalised, community-based therapy. Our services include functional assessments, capacity building for daily activities, home modifications, and access to the right assistive technology.
We focus on helping clients enhance their independence, engage in the community and live fulfilling lives. Our team is experienced in providing support for people with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and neurological needs.
