Meet the Team
Kelly
Director/Senior Occupational Therapist
Kelly is the founder and director of OT Plus and began her Occupational Therapy career back in 2000. Occupational Therapy Plus first opened its doors in 2016 and has grown from a sole practitioner business to a thriving OT service with extended service offerings and a great reputation across the region.
Kelly splits her time between clinical work and the management side of the business. She has a particular interest in physical disabilities and aged care and loves to find innovative solutions to assist clients to reach their potential.
When she is not working you might find Kelly chasing her sporty children around the state for competitions, sneaking in some snowboarding or engaging in some type of exercise.
Kate
Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist
Since joining the OT Plus team in 2019, Kate has been a cornerstone of our clinical leadership. A proud graduate of The University of Sydney, Kate brings a wealth of experience from diverse settings, including acute hospital care, neuro rehab in the UK, and currently, leading our dynamic therapy team in the community Disability and Aged Care sector.
Kate's passion lies in empowering her fellow OTs, offering guidance and mentorship as they develop their skills in this fulfilling field. Her leadership is both skilled and compassionate, making her a trusted guide for those eager to excel in the field.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys indulging in the local food and wine scene, or spending quality time with her husband and their two lively little boys.
Courtney
Admin Manager
Court is the friendly voice you'll hear when you call OT Plus on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. As our Admin Manager, Court quietly ensures that referrals, appointments, and service agreements are all in good hands, while also working on projects that help us continuously improve and evolve.
Court’s role goes beyond organizing—she's the steadying force behind the scenes, bringing a sense of calm and order that keeps our team grounded and focused.
When she’s not at OT Plus, you’ll find Court spending time with her young family and enjoying the outdoors.
Emily
Occupational Therapist
Since joining OT Plus at the beginning of 2024, Emily has quickly become an integral part of our team. After graduating from Charles Sturt University in Albury in 2019 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Emily began working in an NDIS based role in the community and has stuck with it ever since.
With extensive experience across disability and aged care, Emily brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to her role. She’s our go-to for anything related to sensory assessment, therapy and modulation, providing valuable insights that enhance the quality of care we deliver.
Emily is always willing to lend a hand with extra projects, contributing wherever she is needed. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic make her the ray of sunshine in our team.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Emily on the netball court, or staying active, being an active member of F45 in Orange.
Amber
Occupational Therapist
Amber joined OT Plus in 2022 and has been a fantastic addition to our team. With a strong background in aged care and a growing expertise in psychosocial and complex physical disabilities, Amber is committed to expanding her skills and enhancing the care we provide.
Her past experience at Bunnings has made her a treasure trove of product knowledge, and she’s always full of creative ideas to improve our services and the way we work. Amber's knack for innovation and her proactive approach make her an indispensable part of our team.
Lyn
Administration Assistant
Lyn is our valued Admin Assistant who keeps things running smoothly on Tuesdays and Fridays at OT Plus. She joined us in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her years as a Medical Secretary in a bustling specialist practice. Always approachable and ready to lend a hand, Lyn’s friendly nature and helpful attitude make her a key part of our team. The team always appreciate her delicious homemade slices and treats which keep everyone’s spirits high! Lyn is a passionate traveller who recently spent 5 weeks exploring South East Asia, with her sights set on European adventures in 2025. When she’s not traveling, Lyn loves spending time with her family and helping out with her 7 grandkids, filling her spare time with laughter and family fun.
Emma
Occupational Therapist
Emma joined OT Plus in 2026 as a new graduate and has quickly become a valued part of our team. Growing up in the Central West and graduating from the University of Newcastle, she brings creativity, energy, and a fresh perspective to her OT role.
Emma loves early morning runs or rides with friends, followed by a coffee at a local café. She enjoys cycling, reading, painting, drawing, and gardening—and in 2024 even took on paragliding in Switzerland!
Always full of ideas and enthusiasm, Emma brings her inventive spirit to everything she does.
Sue
Bookkeeper
Sue has been keeping the finances of OT Plus running smoothly since 2020. With a long history of working as a Bookkeeper and in disability advocacy, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Sue excels at creating detailed reports and accurate forecasts, ensuring that everything stays on track and organised.
Her knowledge, precision and dedication make her a vital part of the team. She’s always on top of the company finances, providing a strong foundation for the work we do at OT Plus.
In her spare time, Sue enjoys savouring good food, spending quality time with her family, and lending a helping hand with her grandkids.
Rachel
Occupational Therapist (Sub-Contractor)
Rachel is a highly skilled and thorough Occupational Therapist who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the OT Plus team. While she works remotely and isn't often seen in the office, her impact is felt throughout the organization. Rachel is especially known for her exceptional abilities in sensory interventions, making her a go-to resource for both clients and colleagues. Her dedication to sharing her knowledge and experiences enhances the care we provide, and we are proud to have her as a key member of our team.
Rachel loves to spend time with her partner Dan and gorgeous dog Oslo.
